Quality Controller (m/f/d)

About the role

PIA Automation is seeking a Quality Controller to ensure the precision of produced parts and support continuous improvement across the supply chain. The role involves performing measurements, handling complaints, and coordinating with internal teams and suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Perform measurement tasks based on mechanical drawings and generate detailed reports.
• Monitor and manage measuring equipment, including maintaining room temperature (max 21 °C).
• Assess quality of delivered parts, analyse complaint statistics and prepare documentation for defective items.
• Coordinate and process complaints using NAV ERP software and work with Purchasing to submit supplier complaints.
• Ensure availability of newly manufactured or repaired parts in collaboration with relevant departments.
• Conduct supplier audits and maintain communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in quality assurance.
• Proficiency with ERP systems, specifically Navision.
• Strong computer skills, including MS Office, 3D CAD and AutoCAD.
• Good knowledge of form and position tolerances and ability to read mechanical drawings.
• Fluent in Croatian with good English; German is a plus.
• Work permit sponsorship is not available.
