About the role

The company is looking for a motivated R&D Technologist to lead product development projects from concept to industrial production. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to create new confectionery products and improve existing recipes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate development projects from initial idea through to industrial manufacturing.
• Develop new products and improve existing formulations with focus on quality, cost efficiency and consumer needs.
• Plan, execute and analyse laboratory, pilot‑scale and industrial tests.
• Monitor market trends, new technologies, competition and consumer demands to identify innovation opportunities.
• Participate in selection and validation of raw materials and suppliers.
• Prepare technical documentation and specifications.
• Collaborate closely with production, procurement, marketing, sales and external partners.
• Track legislative developments and regulatory requirements related to product categories.
• Contribute to the definition and implementation of product development strategy and innovation portfolio.

Required profile

• University degree in food technology, chemistry or a related technical field.
• At least 2 years of experience in product development or a similar role.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions on development projects.
• Strong analytical, organisational, communication and presentation skills.
• Proactive, creative and results‑oriented attitude.

Required skills

• Proficient use of Microsoft Excel.
• Proficient use of Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Active knowledge of English (spoken and written).
• Category B driving licence.
