About the role

The company is expanding its production scope and seeks a motivated, responsible, and technically oriented individual to lead manufacturing processes. The Technical Production Manager will drive continuous improvement, support new product introductions, and ensure optimal use of equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and improve technological processes in production.
• Create, define, and maintain production procedures and process documentation.
• Define optimal methods for product fabrication and material processing.
• Participate in the introduction of new products, technologies, machines, and equipment.
• Optimize production lines to increase productivity, quality, and efficiency.
• Diagnose and resolve technological issues on the shop floor.
• Collaborate with production, technical preparation, design, and other departments.
• Monitor equipment utilization and propose enhancements.
• Define work standards, cycle times, and technological parameters.
• Maintain and update technical documentation.
• Support automation and digitalisation projects.
• Stay informed on new processing technologies and methods.
• Implement Lean principles and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Secondary or higher technical education (VSS, VŠS, SSS) in engineering or related fields.
• Preferably a degree in mechanical engineering (B.Sc. or M.Sc.) or similar.
• Previous experience in a similar manufacturing role is desirable.
• Familiarity with production and/or CNC technologies.
• Strong analytical and organisational abilities.
• Ability to solve technical problems independently.
• High sense of responsibility, precision, and systematic work approach.
• Willingness to work in a dynamic production environment.

Required skills

• Proficient use of MS Office suite.
• Knowledge of CAD/CAM software.
• Experience with programs such as Corpus, MegaTischler, WoodWop or similar.
