Industry Manager – Water & Wastewater

About the role

The Industry Manager for Water & Wastewater will lead the regional strategy, market development and customer engagement for Endress+Hauser across Eastern and Southern Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the regional Water & Wastewater strategy aligned with global industry priorities.
• Develop and maintain a 3‑5‑year go‑to‑market plan for the EUS region.
• Identify market trends, emerging opportunities, customer needs and competitive developments.
• Support local sales organisations with industry expertise and application know‑how.
• Drive deployment and adoption of industry‑focused products, services and solutions.
• Represent Endress+Hauser at industry events, conferences and trade fairs and build relationships with key stakeholders.

Required profile

• University degree in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Several years of experience in the Water & Wastewater industry, industrial automation, business development or industry management.
• Strong understanding of the water industry ecosystem and proven ability to develop growth strategies.
• Excellent analytical, communication, presentation and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Fluent English; additional European languages are an advantage.
• Willingness to travel regularly within Europe.
