About the role

We are looking for a technically‑oriented, reliable person to maintain sailing and motor vessels at our charter base in Split. The role combines hands‑on technical work on boats, field activities, and direct interaction with guests during vessel hand‑over and return.

Key responsibilities

• Perform regular maintenance on sailing and motor vessels.
• Diagnose and repair minor technical faults.
• Carry out basic work on boat electrical, plumbing and other systems.
• Inspect and maintain boat equipment.
• Prepare vessels for guest arrivals and conduct pre‑ and post‑charter technical checks.
• Handle guest check‑in and check‑out, explaining vessel operation and equipment use.
• Record any damages or technical deficiencies.
• Organise and execute minor repairs during the charter season.
• Assist in preparing new and used vessels for delivery to customers.

Required profile

• Technical aptitude and genuine interest in vessels, nautical systems and mechanics.
• Willingness to work in a dynamic, field‑oriented environment.
• Professional and courteous attitude towards guests and clients.
• Basic English communication skills for guest interaction.
• Valid Category B driving licence.
