Logistički koordinator (m/ž)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and responsible Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Split. In this position you will be a key link in our supply chain, ensuring the smooth flow of products from production to end customers.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and plan daily logistics activities, including transport, warehousing and distribution.
• Organise and optimise delivery routes.
• Monitor stock levels and place timely orders.
• Communicate with suppliers, carriers and internal departments such as production and sales.
• Resolve operational problems and challenges within the logistics process.
• Maintain records and prepare reports on logistics activities.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, especially for frozen products.
• Control logistics costs and propose optimisation measures.

Required profile

• Minimum secondary education, preferably in transport, economics or logistics.
• At least one year of experience in a similar logistics or supply‑chain role.
• Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions.
• Systematic, responsible and detail‑oriented.
• Strong digital aptitude and quick learning of new business applications.
• Valid B‑category driving licence.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP/WMS systems.
• Knowledge of cold‑chain principles and handling of frozen goods.
• Proficiency in English.
