Customs Associate

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and processing customs declarations and verify import/export documentation.
• Support customs clearance activities, maintain records, and update customs systems.
• Communicate with customers about customs requirements and missing documents.
• Participate in daily operational tasks, process‑improvement initiatives, and compliance activities.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Logistics, Economics, International Trade, Business Administration, Law or related field.
• Fluent in Croatian and English with strong attention to detail.
• Positive attitude, good communication and organizational skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
