About the role

Heineken Croatia is looking for an Energy Technician to ensure reliable production and distribution of energy carriers for the brewery plant. You will work on a shift schedule, including weekends and holidays, to keep the plant running at optimal parameters.

Key responsibilities

• Produce and distribute energents for plant operations while maintaining required performance parameters.
• Maintain and service equipment according to manufacturer guidelines and industry best practices.
• Record daily equipment operation, services, repairs, and material consumption.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate ordering of materials and chemicals with supervisors.

Required profile

• Completed secondary technical education.
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• At least 2 years of experience in similar technical roles.
• Motivation to learn new knowledge and skills.
• Basic proficiency in English.
• Comfortable using digital tools.
• Preferably passed the professional exam for Boiler Plant Engineer and Compressor Station Engineer.
