About the role

We are looking for a motivated Painter (m/f) to join our service centre in Karlovac. The role involves applying anti‑corrosion coatings to metal parts, operating and maintaining the coating equipment, and ensuring high‑quality finishes in a timely manner.

Key responsibilities

• Operate anti‑corrosion coating equipment to paint metal surfaces.
• Monitor equipment performance during coating processes.
• Maintain coating equipment in proper and tidy condition.
• Prepare parts and positions for coating and painting.
• Use transport means to move materials and finished items.
• Work independently or within a team according to technical specifications and deadlines.
• Perform additional tasks such as packaging, receiving, inventory, and simple assembly as required by supervisors.

Required profile

• Organized approach to tool and equipment storage and maintenance.
• Ability to meet deadlines and follow instructions.
• Responsibility for assigned tools and equipment.
• Team‑oriented with good communication skills.
• Self‑reliant, adaptable and able to work under varying conditions.

Required skills

• Operation of anti‑corrosion coating equipment.
• Equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Surface preparation for metal painting.
• Use of transport equipment (e.g., forklift, pallet jack).
• Proficiency with standard hand tools.
