About the role

We are looking for a motivated Quality Control Technician to join our laboratory team in Zagreb. You will be responsible for sampling, analysing and reporting on raw materials, semi‑finished products, finished goods and packaging materials, ensuring compliance with internal standards.

Key responsibilities

• Independently sample, analyse and process results for raw materials, semi‑finished products, finished products and packaging.
• Guarantee the accuracy and repeatability of all analytical results and issue conformity opinions.
• Manage and organise the storage of samples of raw materials, products and packaging.
• Participate in handling complaints and non‑conformities.
• Improve laboratory techniques and work methodology.

Required profile

• Minimum secondary technical education in food, chemistry or a related field.
• Experience in similar roles is desirable but not mandatory.
• Preferably familiar with SAP.
• Team‑oriented with high confidentiality, responsibility, independence and initiative.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and Google tools.
• Active spoken and written English.
• Valid category B driving licence.
