System Administrator / IT Support Specialist

About the role

A reliable, proactive and communicative person is sought to provide daily IT support to employees and to take part in administering, maintaining and improving the company's IT infrastructure. The role suits someone who enjoys solving technical problems and working in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide daily technical support to employees and resolve software and hardware issues
• Handle user requests through the FreeScout and RustDesk tools
• Manage user accounts, licenses and access rights in Microsoft 365
• Administer Microsoft Entra ID, Exchange Online and SharePoint
• Configure computers and mobile devices, manage them and apply security settings via Microsoft Intune
• Maintain IT asset records and inventory using Snipe-IT
• Help maintain network infrastructure and equipment (HP Aruba) and printers (KSU)
• Communicate with suppliers, telecom operators and authorised service providers and coordinate procurement, servicing and repairs

Required profile

• At least 1-2 years of experience in IT support, as an IT technician or system administrator
• Good spoken and written English
• Independent, organised, patient and willing to learn

Required skills

• Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint and Intune
• Windows and Android/iOS device configuration
• Basic understanding of DNS, DHCP, VPN, LAN, Wi-Fi and AP
• Nice to have: basic Debian Linux, Docker, Proxmox VE, LXC and Proxmox Backup Server
