About the role
We are looking for two accounting collaborators to join our Zagreb office. One position is for a trainee without prior experience, the other for an experienced accountant with at least five years in the field.
Key responsibilities
- Classify and verify incoming and outgoing invoices.
- Enter data and post journal entries for purchase (UR) and sales (IR) invoices.
- Record bank statements and manage cash desk operations.
- Handle HR tasks such as employee onboarding/off‑boarding and payroll calculations.
- Maintain tax records, including VAT and other obligations.
- Prepare and submit reports to tax authorities, FINI, DZS, FUND and management.
- Provide client support, represent the company before supervisory bodies, and manage the e‑invoice system.
Required profile
- Candidate without prior experience (trainee) or with a minimum of five years of accounting experience.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with financial documents.
