Accounting and Reporting Analyst

About the role

Join Ludicrum Tech as an Accounting and Reporting Analyst in the fast‑growing iGaming sector. You will turn financial data from multiple sources into clear insights, support budgeting and forecasting, and help automate reporting processes.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare accurate, timely financial and management reports for internal stakeholders.
• Analyze results, costs, variances, trends and KPIs and present actionable insights.
• Support the preparation and maintenance of budgets, forecasts and financial plans.
• Process and post entries in NetSuite, perform reconciliations and ensure compliance.
• Identify and implement automation for repetitive finance and reporting tasks.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in accounting, financial reporting or analysis.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to explain insights to non‑finance colleagues.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and budgeting/forecasting.
• Fluent English, spoken and written.

Required skills

• NetSuite or SAP ERP experience.
• Advanced Excel and handling large or complex datasets.
• Power Query, SQL, Python or BI tools for automation (nice to have).
