About the role

The Hotel More is looking for a Human Resources Specialist to help develop a modern HR system and improve the work environment for around 200 employees. You will play an active part in shaping HR processes, employee development, and the company culture.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and improve HR processes, job descriptions, and competency frameworks.
• Participate in the design of compensation, performance monitoring, and employee development systems.
• Support recruitment, selection, onboarding, and training activities.
• Provide guidance to managers on employee relations and workplace issues.
• Ensure HR processes comply with labor legislation, including administration of local and foreign staff, students, and apprentices.
• Contribute to the development of organizational culture and employer branding.

Required profile

• University degree, preferably in law, economics, psychology or a related field.
• Experience in HR and solid knowledge of labor legislation.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and independent work style.
• Good communication skills and a genuine interest in working with people.
• Proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools.
