About the role

The company is looking for a specialist to manage goods‑material accounting, ensuring accurate recording of all inventory movements and related financial data. You will work closely with warehouse, procurement, sales and other departments to maintain reliable stock information.

Key responsibilities

• Independently post goods‑material documents such as receipts, returns, complaints and approvals.
• Control the link between incoming invoices and warehouse documentation.
• Calculate and monitor purchase‑related costs and determine purchase price of goods.
• Track, reconcile and align goods and accounting records.
• Monitor inventory levels, analyse discrepancies and resolve variances.
• Post and control inventory differences.
• Ensure correctness of goods documents and timely recording of business changes.
• Collaborate with warehouse, procurement, sales and other units regarding goods movement.
• Communicate with suppliers about invoices, approvals and reconciliations.
• Participate in monthly and yearly closings related to inventory and goods‑material operations.
• Prepare and verify data for Intrastat and other statutory reports.

Required profile

• Relevant higher education in economics or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of experience in goods‑material accounting or similar tasks.
• Practical experience in posting goods and related documentation.
• Good understanding of procurement, receipt, stock, returns and inventory processes.
• Experience with an ERP/business information system (preferably Jupiter).
• Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
• Attention to detail, systematic work style and ability to analyse data independently.
• Good communication skills and willingness to cooperate with other departments.
