About the role

NEW YORKER Croatia is looking for a Recruitment Specialist to manage the full recruitment cycle for positions in Croatia and Slovenia. You will work closely with hiring managers and contribute to the company’s employer branding efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end operational recruitment process.
• Create and publish job ads on predefined channels.
• Conduct telephone, online and face‑to‑face interviews.
• Actively source candidates using existing sourcing tools.
• Handle multiple parallel vacancies.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date candidate database and documentation.
• Monitor the effectiveness of advertising channels.
• Participate in employer branding activities.

Required profile

• Completed secondary education or higher professional qualification.
• Experience in operational recruitment (retail experience is a plus).
• High level of organization, precision and responsibility.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines.
• Self‑driven and capable of working independently.
• Active knowledge of English and Slovenian languages.
• Valid B‑category driving licence for occasional travel.

Required skills

• Proficient use of the MS Office suite.
