About the role

The hotel is looking for a dedicated housekeeper (Sobar / Sobarica) to maintain cleanliness and order across guest rooms and public areas. You will work closely with the housekeeping team to ensure all spaces meet the hotel's standards and guest expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Clean assigned rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and other hotel areas according to employer procedures, hotel standards, professional rules, and instructions from supervisors.
• Prepare cleaning trolleys with all necessary supplies for room and area cleaning.
• Report any technical faults or observed damage promptly.
• Provide guest‑requested services such as extra towels, pillows, additional beds, etc.
• Clean hotel lobby, restaurant, halls, offices, stairways, toilets, and surrounding areas.
• Perform any other duties that are customary for the role or required by the employer.

Required profile

• Ability to follow established cleaning procedures, hotel standards, and written or verbal instructions from supervisors.
• Attention to detail and willingness to report issues promptly.
• Readiness to respond to guest requests and perform additional tasks as needed.
