About the role
We are looking for a skilled seamstress or tailor to join our textile workshop in Kaštel Lukšić. The role involves producing and finishing a variety of clothing and textile items while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Sewing and tailoring a range of textile and clothing products.
- Keeping the sewing area tidy and ensuring all equipment is clean.
- Organising daily work tasks and taking responsibility for orderly operations.
Required profile
- Previous experience working with different types of sewing machines.
- Team‑oriented attitude and willingness to follow established standards, procedures and obligations.
Required skills
- Sewing machine operation
What we offer
- Fixed‑term or permanent contract with a probation period.
- Full‑time, one‑shift schedule from Monday to Friday.
- Regular fixed salary plus an incentive supplement.
