About the role

We are looking for a skilled sewing operator to join our garment production team in Veliko Trgovišće. The role involves operating various sewing machines, producing sample pieces, and ensuring high‑quality finished products.

Key responsibilities

• Operate standard, overlock (endlerica) and double‑needle sewing machines to stitch fabric.
• Use automatic sewing machines for buttonholes and button attachment.
• Create sample garments under the guidance of the department leader or manager.
• Perform quality checks on completed pieces to meet specifications.
• Maintain a clean and safe workstation by regularly cleaning equipment.

Required profile

• Attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions.
• Reliability and willingness to work in a team‑oriented environment.
• Basic understanding of garment construction processes.

Required skills

• Sewing machine operation (standard, overlock, double‑needle).
• Automatic buttonhole and button sewing.
• Quality inspection of sewn garments.
