About the role
KFC Croatia is looking for an energetic and organized individual to lead daily operations on the restaurant floor in Rijeka. As a Shift Manager you will ensure smooth service, motivate the team and guarantee a great experience for every guest.
Key responsibilities
- Organise and lead the shift according to daily priorities.
- Manage the on‑site team, delegating tasks and monitoring performance.
- Maintain a strong focus on guest satisfaction and service quality.

Required skills

- Permanent employment contract.

- Net salary range €1,450 – €1,900 per month, with night, Sunday and holiday premiums.
