About the role

We are looking for a motivated Service Technician to service coffee machines, perform installations and provide on‑site support to our customers in Zagreb. The role combines technical repair work with field operations and offers a clear path to leadership within the service department.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair and maintain coffee machines.
• Perform installations and service visits at customer locations.
• Handle physically demanding tasks such as transporting and assembling equipment.
• After training, take responsibility for organising and leading the service team.

• Independent and responsible work attitude.
• Eagerness to learn new technologies.
• High precision and attention to detail in technical repairs.
• Strong communication and professional customer service on site.
• Organised time‑management and ability to work both in a team and autonomously.
• Physical fitness for field and assembly tasks.
