Senior Web Designer

About the role

Crossvallia provides IT services, experience and know-how for IT clients worldwide, notably for HAProxy Technologies, which makes the widely used software load balancer. It is looking for a Senior Web Designer to join its team in Bosnia/Croatia. This is a full-time position for candidates located in Bosnia/Croatia.

Key responsibilities

• Develop in-house brand identities, web layouts, modern graphics and social media assets in a friendly, professional team.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to manage the brand across channels and to update and maintain websites.
• Create brand assets for in-house products and solutions, and support the content team with graphics for technical assets and blogs.
• Design digital and print collateral for sales and marketing, and create social media images.
• Assist in video creation and video shorts, and support events and field marketing operations.
• Work with the product team on user interfaces and help the sales team with presentations.
• Use AI to optimise the creation process, follow brand guidelines and document internal processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in design or a related field.
• Relevant work experience and a strong design background with attention to detail.
• Fluent English (C2); other languages are an advantage.
• Self-starter able to work independently, able to manage several projects and priorities, and flexible hours for international teams.
• Portfolio of past projects and a CV in English required when applying.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects) and Figma on Windows.
• HTML/CSS and web front-end experience.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace and version control tools such as GitHub and SVN.
