About the role

We are looking for a senior specialist to lead strategic workforce planning, partnering with business leaders to shape the future organisation and required competencies.

Key responsibilities

• Design and continuously improve methodologies, processes and tools for strategic workforce planning, aligning business plans with organisational capacity.
• Collaborate with directors and managers to understand challenges, facilitate workshops and support decisions on organisational development, capacity planning and talent needs.
• Contribute to the design of organisational structures, job architecture and definition of key competencies.
• Analyse organisational and business data and translate findings into clear recommendations for senior management.
• Develop dashboards, digital solutions and innovative methodologies to enhance workforce planning.
• Participate actively in transformation projects, business development initiatives and the evolution of the People & Culture function.

Required profile

• University degree in economics, social sciences, engineering or a related field.
• Minimum five years of experience in organisational development, strategic projects, HR business partnering or people strategy.
• Proven experience working with business leaders and influencing organisational decisions.
• Strong analytical mindset with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and digital tools.
• Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills.
• Proactive, independent and ready to take responsibility.
• Fluent English.
