Senior Business Analyst – Health Insurance (Remote)

About the role

CoverGo is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to work remotely with health‑insurance clients, translating business problems into analytical solutions and supporting system enhancements.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and technical teams to identify business problems and design appropriate analytical solutions.
• Gather, analyse and document complex business requirements through workshops, interviews and work sessions.
• Create detailed test case scenarios, oversee testing phases and ensure requirements are reflected in system design.
• Develop business requirement documents and user stories for system modifications.
• Support QA, UAT and release phases, including defect analysis and change maintenance.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Degree in Business, IT or a related field.
• Prior experience in the health‑insurance industry; insurtech background is a plus.
• Strong organisational and time‑management skills with ability to meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Business analysis concepts: requirements definition, process documentation, user‑acceptance testing.
• Agile/Scrum methodology experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Technical writing ability.
