Analyst, Research Consulting

About the role

As an Analyst in Research Consulting you will support research projects, provide insights for strategic decision‑making and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop data reports that advance healthcare solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in designing and implementing research methodologies and materials.
• Manage vendors and project documentation.
• Perform desk research, open‑ended coding and data analysis for qualitative and quantitative projects.
• Develop reports and presentations based on research findings.
• Support client proposal development and ensure high‑quality insight delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Sociology, Life Sciences, Business or Data Analytics.
• 1‑2 years of experience in market research or consulting, with a focus on client presentations, proposals and research reports.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and Croatian.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• Advanced PowerPoint.
