Clinical Provider – Telehealth (Remote, Croatia)

About the role

You will join Intellect’s telehealth platform as a Clinical Provider, delivering 60‑minute video sessions to support clients’ mental health and personal growth. This freelance, remote position offers flexible business hours and can complement existing work or private practice.

Key responsibilities

• Provide 1‑on‑1 telehealth (or onsite when needed) mental health support to Intellect’s clients.
• Address clinical cases such as depression, anxiety, trauma, schizophrenia, eating disorders, addiction, and more.
• Collaborate with the internal clinical team to suggest improvements to the program and platform.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Counselling or Clinical Psychology.
• Minimum 500 clinical hours post‑master’s.
• Fluent in English and the local language.
• Experience in EAP, adult counselling, or managerial coaching is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) or other evidence‑based approaches.
• Familiarity with Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Solution‑Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).
