Sales Representative Surgical Innovations and Endoscopy

About the role

Medtronic is seeking a Sales Representative for Surgical Innovations and Endoscopy to drive sales of device therapies, diagnostics, and monitoring solutions across Croatia. You will build a robust network of accounts, provide technical support to physicians, and gather market intelligence.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical and clinical support to physicians and develop referral networks.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers, influencers, and referring physicians.
• Educate physicians on clinical evidence, Medtronic products, and therapies.
• Lead regional training activities and report market, competitive, and activity information.

Required profile

• Ability to work effectively with sales teams, physicians, nurses, and hospital technicians.
• Strong account‑management and consultative selling approach.
• Fluent in English and Croatian, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred, with sales or OR experience.

Required skills

• High computer literacy.
• Valid clean driving licence.
