Solutions Sales Manager

About the role

The Solutions Sales Manager drives sales growth and expands GEA's market share across dairy, beverage, food, and chemical industries. The role combines technical sales expertise, business development, and strategic planning to deliver sustainable growth and high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and achieve annual revenue, order intake, and profitability targets.
• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within assigned markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders.
• Promote GEA's process solutions and technologies to existing and potential customers.
• Develop and manage a healthy sales pipeline and accurate sales forecasts.
• Prepare and present technical‑commercial proposals in collaboration with internal teams.
• Lead commercial negotiations and close profitable business opportunities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Food Technology, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales, business development, engineering or project management within dairy, food, beverage or chemical industry.
• Proven B2B sales experience, strong commercial mindset and excellent negotiation skills.
• Fluent Hungarian and advanced English, willingness to travel regularly.
