About the role

We are looking for an organized and responsible individual to join our team as a Warehouse Reception and Delivery Clerk. The role involves handling incoming goods, managing storage, preparing documentation for shipments, and supporting cash‑handling processes.

Key responsibilities

• Record incoming goods based on delivery documents and allocate them to the appropriate storage locations.
• Prepare pro‑forma invoices, invoices, delivery notes and receipts according to customer orders.
• Issue transport orders to carriers for inbound shipments.
• Generate all necessary paperwork related to dispatch and delivery of goods.
• Manage the sales cash register and perform bank deposits.
• Carry out additional tasks as directed by management.

Required profile

• Higher or secondary education in economics or a related field.
• At least one year of relevant experience in administrative or warehouse operations.
• Proficiency with computer applications.
• Strong sense of responsibility, precision and organizational skills.
• Good communication abilities and a team‑oriented attitude.
