About the role

We are looking for motivated production workers to join our expanding team in Zagreb. You will operate and maintain production lines, ensuring smooth material flow and high-quality output while supporting customer priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, maintain and operate production lines.
• Handle materials and goods according to shift‑leader instructions, respecting customer needs and priorities.
• Report major faults or malfunctions on machines and equipment to the shift leader without delay.
• Complete tasks quickly while optimizing material and machine utilization.
• Perform inter‑stage material control during processing.
• Conduct final material inspection after processing.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the plant and care for equipment and inventory.
• Show initiative in executing assigned tasks.

Required profile

• Secondary school education with a technical focus (SSS technical direction).
• High sense of responsibility and conscientiousness in work.
