About the role
Fravero D.O.O. is expanding its team in Zagreb and is looking for a motivated worker to join the cardboard finishing and packaging production line. The role involves both manual and machine‑assisted finishing tasks in a graphic bookbinding environment, supporting the creation of high‑quality packaging.
Key responsibilities
- Perform manual finishing operations on graphic bookbinding products.
- Operate and monitor finishing machines used in the bookbinding process.
- Assist in the production of various types of packaging.
- Maintain work area cleanliness and adhere to safety standards.
Required profile
- Willingness to work in a production environment.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Preferred, but not mandatory, experience in cardboard, printing or manufacturing.
Required skills
- Manual finishing techniques for graphic bookbinding.
- Operation of finishing machinery.
- Basic knowledge of packaging production processes.
