About the role

We are looking for a reliable accountant to join our fast‑growing finance team in Zagreb. You will be responsible for handling the internal accounting operations of the company and supporting the CFO with accurate financial data.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain internal accounting records and financial administration.
• Process incoming and outgoing invoices, travel orders and expense documentation.
• Reconcile payments with bank statements.
• Monitor tax and statutory filing deadlines.
• Prepare financial bases and reports for the CFO.
• Assist in audit documentation and financial reporting preparation.

Required profile

• Completed economic studies (high school, college or university) with relevant experience.
• Proven experience in bookkeeping/accounting; ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of Croatian accounting and tax regulations.
• Experience using accounting software.
• Accuracy, reliability and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and coordinate with the team.
• Proficiency in English.
