Quality Associate (m/f)

About the role

Pfizer is looking for a Quality Associate (m/f) at its Savski Marof site within Quality Assurance and Control. The role supports the site's quality system and change control processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the site Change Management system and oversee Change Control management activities
• Provide first-level site support for the eQMS and gQTS CM modules and monitor corporate quality standards, harmonising business unit documentation with them
• Support the planning, definition, implementation, control, monitoring and continuous improvement of the PGS Zagreb site quality system and products

Required profile

• University degree or 300 ECTS in Chemical Technology, Biotechnology, Animal Health, Pharmacy, natural sciences or another related field
• At least 1 year of working experience
• Proficiency in Croatian and English
• Adaptable, systematic and punctual, able to work independently and in a team, with good time management and problem-solving skills

Required skills

• Knowledge of and adherence to GMP, DI and EHS requirements
• MS Office and Internet
• Experience with Method 1, TrackWise, SAP and an electronic document management system is an advantage
