HPLC Analyst (m/f)

About the role

Pfizer's PGS Biotech Quality Operations team is hiring an HPLC Analyst in its Quality Control laboratory in Savski Marof, Croatia. The role covers chromatographic analyses of biotech drug substances and drug products, supporting manufacturing and product release.

Key responsibilities

• Independently execute analytical methods, including verification, validation and transfer
• Support manufacturing and release of biotech drug substances and drug products using high-end chromatographic techniques
• Contribute to continuous improvement of laboratory activities
• Train junior analysts
• Shifts may include afternoon, night or weekend work depending on the production schedule

Required profile

• University degree in a life science (Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology or similar)
• At least two years of experience with HPLC techniques in an analytical laboratory
• Experience in a relevant technical role in a pharmaceutical or healthcare laboratory
• Knowledge of the Empower software is a plus
• Proficiency in Croatian and English
• Excellent interpersonal communication, teamwork, adaptability, systematic and punctual approach
