Production Assistant – Student Position (m/f)

About the role

Pfizer is expanding its team in Savski Marof because of growing production activity, looking for motivated colleagues to help in the manufacture and filling of sterile syringes. As part of a globally known pharmaceutical company, you will work in an environment that sets global standards of quality and safety in drug manufacturing.

Key responsibilities

• Take part in production processes
• Perform simple manual tasks such as preparing for the process, relaying and moving materials, and other tasks according to instructions
• Keep production documentation
• Work in line with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)

Required profile

• Student status until the end of the year
• Students in related fields such as biotechnology, chemical technology, pharmacy, veterinary medicine, engineering, mechatronics and mechanical engineering are preferred
• Croatian; knowledge of English is desirable
• Willingness to work three shifts (06:00–14:00, 14:00–22:00, 22:00–06:00) and on weekends
• Availability for 3 or more days per week, ideally including weekends; final-year students who can stop attending lectures or lab work are ideal
• Responsible, adaptable, systematic, motivated problem solver, willing to work in a team

Required skills

• Computer literacy and MS Office applications
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is welcome
