Production Technician (m/f) – Active Substances and Syringes

About the role

Pfizer is expanding its team in Savski Marof because of growing production activity, looking for motivated colleagues to join the manufacturing of active substances and filled syringes. You will work on modern automated systems within a globally recognised pharmaceutical environment that sets high standards of quality and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Take part in production processes for active substances and filled syringes
• Clean and disinfect production areas
• Prepare, wash and sterilise equipment and operate production machinery
• Maintain production documentation
• Use the SAP application
• Work according to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
• Implement and improve environmental protection and occupational safety measures

Required profile

• Secondary or higher vocational education; technical, mechatronic or mechanical engineering preferred, or chemical and pharmaceutical technicians
• University degree preferred in technical sciences, biotechnology, chemical technology, pharmacy or veterinary medicine
• Knowledge of Croatian; English is desirable
• Computer skills and MS Office
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is welcome
• Responsible, adaptable, systematic, hardworking and team-oriented

Working conditions

• Four shifts (4 days on, 2 off, rotating through three shifts, including weekends and holidays) or three shifts (Monday to Friday, rotating weekly)
• Fixed-term contract, with possibility of a permanent contract depending on business needs and results
