Professional Kitchen Appliance Service Technician

About the role

GASTRO DIZAJN D.O.O. is looking for a skilled technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain professional kitchen equipment for its clients across Croatia. The role involves both on‑site service visits and work in the company’s workshop.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and fix faults on professional kitchen appliances.
• Service thermal and refrigeration equipment.
• Maintain and repair convection ovens, dishwashers, glass washers, ice makers, and food‑preparation devices.
• Install, connect, adjust, and commission new equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and field service interventions.
• Replace spare parts and verify equipment functionality.
• Document service orders and keep accurate work records.
• Provide users with technical guidance on proper equipment handling.

Required profile

• Completed technical secondary education, preferably in electrotechnics, mechanics, mechatronics or a related field.
• Knowledge of electrical installations and ability to read electrical schematics.
• Responsibility, neatness, and ability to work independently.
• Professional attitude toward customers and willingness to work in the field.
• Basic computer literacy and openness to continuous learning.
