About the role

Join a modern, successful retail company as a Sales Advisor in a showroom specializing in ceramics, sanitaryware and parquet flooring. You will work directly with customers who appreciate high‑quality design and timeless interiors, helping them choose the right products for their projects.

Key responsibilities

• Advise and assist customers in selecting products that match their needs and preferences.
• Present the latest collections and trends in ceramics, sanitaryware and parquet.
• Drive active sales and achieve defined sales targets.
• Maintain and style the showroom displays, ensuring a high level of service quality.
• Develop and nurture relationships with existing customers.

Required profile

• Secondary school or higher education (SSS/VŠS).
• Strong interest in design, trends and creating timeless interiors.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build customer relationships.
• Motivation to meet sales goals and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Minimum one year of experience in a similar sales role, preferably in ceramics or sanitaryware.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
