Pricing Associate (m/f)

About the role

Vertiv Croatia is looking for a Pricing Associate in Zagreb. The role provides costs and product cost estimates at different levels of project design, used in budget development, cost planning, value engineering studies and change order reviews of customised turnkey data centre and telecom infrastructure solutions. The associate works with presales technical teams, bid managers and project managers, and reports to a Pricing Specialist or Manager.

Key responsibilities

• In coordination with the presales technical team, prepare accurate and detailed project costs and cost estimates
• Collaborate with bid managers to provide the required level of price detail in proposals
• Support the after-sales COR (Change Order Request) process requested by project managers
• Provide pricing analyses and comparisons for project revisions and repetitive opportunities
• Extract costs for products and materials from Oracle

Required profile

• 0-3 years of work experience
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Economics or a related field
• Ability to manage several projects or tasks at once
• Stress resilience, methodical, analytical and proactive approach
• English at minimum B2 level
• Knowledge of general construction, with strength in data centre technology and MEP systems, is an advantage

Required skills

• Excellent MS Excel skills
• Experience with Excel Power Query is an advantage
