About the role

We are looking for a qualified and motivated Croatian language teacher to deliver classes for adult foreign‑language learners. The role focuses on practical communication, cultural integration and the creation of innovative digital learning materials.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct group and individual Croatian language lessons for adult students.
• Design and implement curricula aligned with andragogical standards and institutional programs.
• Adapt teaching methods and materials to diverse proficiency levels.
• Assess learner progress through oral and written evaluations.
• Participate in the development of specialised programmes for linguistic and social integration of foreign workers and students.
• Collaborate with fellow instructors, specialists and management.

Required profile

• University degree in Croatian language, literature or a related field, or a HKO level 7.1 qualification.
• Pedagogical or didactic training if not included in the degree.
• Experience in adult education is an advantage.
• Proficiency in English or another foreign language is a plus.

Required skills

• Familiarity with e‑learning platforms.
• Ability to create digital and video learning content.
