IT Trainer – French Speaking

About the role

We are looking for an IT Trainer to join our international Training Team at AGS Zagreb. The role focuses on delivering online training to French‑speaking users worldwide, helping them adopt our industry‑specific IT tools.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver online training sessions to employees in AGS branches around the globe.
• Explain and demonstrate business IT tools in a clear, engaging manner.
• Support users during the learning process and monitor their progress.
• Create and update training materials such as presentations, guides and videos.
• Identify training needs for individuals, teams and branches.
• Collaborate with Training, IT and operational teams across the Group.

Required profile

• Minimum B2 level French (essential).
• Experience in teaching, presenting, coaching or knowledge transfer (e.g., teacher, internal trainer, customer support).
• Curious, organised, confident communicator with a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently after the initial six‑month training period.
