About the role

DELTRON d.o.o. is seeking a proactive Legal Advisor to join its Legal Department in Split. You will provide comprehensive legal support across the company, ensuring contracts and documentation comply with applicable laws and internal policies.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, analyse and harmonise contracts, annexes and other business documents.
• Provide comments, recommendations and suggested amendments to contractual clauses.
• Issue legal opinions and practical support to all company departments.
• Prepare documentation and coordinate communication with external lawyers, notaries, banks, insurers and public authorities.
• Monitor contractual deadlines, obligations, warranty periods and other critical terms.
• Prepare guarantees such as bank guarantees and promissory notes.
• Draft complaints, objections, statements, reminders, requests, powers of attorney and other legal submissions.
• Track outgoing official documents from the Legal Department.
• Participate in the creation and update of internal regulations, procedures, policies and other corporate acts.
• Perform administrative tasks as assigned by superiors.

Required profile

• University degree in Law or Public Administration.
• At least two years of experience in legal work within a commercial company, law firm, public sector or similar environment.
• Proven ability to independently draft and review contracts and other business documents.
• Interest in labour, commercial and civil law processes.
• Meticulous, precise and trustworthy handling of confidential information.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
