About the role
The company is looking for a motivated assistant to help with the stacking, packaging and preparation of bags for shipment or further processing. This is an entry‑level, full‑time position based in Osijek.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in stacking, packing and preparing bags for dispatch or further handling.
- Collect finished bags from the production line and place them correctly on pallets.
- Wrap and label pallets according to internal standards and supervisor instructions.
- Support quality control by checking quantity, damage, cleanliness and labeling of packed products.
- Maintain cleanliness and order at the workstation and in the storage area.
Required profile
- No prior work experience is required.
