Materials & Supply Chain Manager

About the role

Jabil is seeking an experienced Materials & Supply Chain Manager to lead its Materials organisation at the state‑of‑the‑art Osijek facility. This senior position will shape supply chain strategy, drive operational excellence and ensure compliance with strict medical‑device regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead planning, inventory management, warehousing, logistics and customs activities to guarantee material availability for production.
• Monitor and improve metrics such as inventory turns, forecast accuracy, shortages, on‑time delivery and inventory liability.
• Partner with customers and cross‑functional teams to manage demand changes, mitigate risks and support business growth.
• Drive cost reduction through inventory optimisation, logistics improvements and supplier collaboration.
• Coach and develop the Materials team, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement and customer focus.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in materials management, supply chain, planning, procurement or logistics.
• At least 3 years of leadership experience managing cross‑functional supply chain teams.
• Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment (ISO 13485, FDA).
• Fluent in English and Croatian.
