Pharmacy Master (m/f) – Community Pharmacy

About the role

The pharmacy seeks a qualified Pharmacy Master to provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care, dispense medicines, and support public health initiatives in the Karlovac (Turanj) branch.

Key responsibilities

• Dispense prescription medicines and offer thorough pharmacy care to patients.
• Advise patients on over‑the‑counter drugs, dietary supplements, and self‑medication products.
• Coordinate public‑health actions, health‑care programs, and disease‑prevention activities.
• Collaborate with physicians, health centres, clinics, nursing homes, and other partners.
• Prepare magistral (compounded) preparations.
• Execute marketing and commercial tasks as directed by the Pharmacy Director.
• Maintain records, manage inventory, and oversee procurement and product placement.
• Supervise pharmacy technicians, interns and other staff.

Required profile

• University degree – Master of Pharmacy and successful professional exam.
• Preferably holds a Category B driving licence.
• Independent decision‑making, responsibility, self‑discipline, creativity and proactive attitude.
• Strong communication, teamwork, empathy and sales/presentation abilities.
