About the role

We are looking for a motivated Operator to run our cutting machines in a fast‑paced production environment. You will ensure smooth operation, maintain quality standards and support the team on the shop floor.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor cutting machines, adjusting parameters as needed.
• Assemble, disassemble and set up tools for each production run.
• Follow quality guidelines to guarantee product specifications.
• Prepare materials and keep the workflow uninterrupted.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the production area.
• Apply occupational safety procedures.
• Execute production steps according to instructions.
• Complete required documentation accurately.
• Sort, reposition and pack materials and finished goods.
• Transfer knowledge and mentor new colleagues.

Required profile

• Secondary school education in a relevant field.
• Preferably prior experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with IT or ERP systems is a plus.
• Willingness to work in three‑shift rotation.
• Good communication skills and team orientation.
