About the role

The company is looking for a motivated operator to work on the beer bottling line. You will be part of a shift team that ensures smooth production, meets daily targets and maintains high safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor bottle‑filling machines.
• Perform changeovers to different packaging formats, adjust machine settings, prepare labels and replace valves.
• Assist with auxiliary tasks such as waste removal, transport of excess packaging material and fetching supplies from the warehouse.
• Keep the work area clean and hygienic.
• Be accountable for shift goals on your line and machine.
• Provide first‑level mechanical troubleshooting according to training.
• Support planned maintenance, repairs and periodic lubrication of the line.
• Follow EHS policies, safety procedures and quality system requirements.
• Participate in a short shift‑start meeting, analyse performance and hand over to the next shift.

Required profile

• Completed technical or technological secondary education.
• At least 6 months of experience in a similar production role.
• Familiarity with beverage filling processes.
• Willingness to work a three‑shift schedule.
• Team‑oriented attitude and eagerness to learn.

What we offer

• Monthly gross salary between 1 180 € and 1 770 € (depending on shift work and experience).
