About the role
You will join a modern manufacturing environment in Zagreb, operating advanced equipment for processing sheet materials. The position focuses on ensuring high‑quality output while maintaining a safe and efficient workplace.
Key responsibilities
- Operate shearing machines to cut sheet material.
- Run edging machines for precise edge finishing.
- Control CNC drilling machines for accurate hole production.
- Maintain equipment cleanliness and report any malfunctions.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.
Required profile
- Completed secondary education.
- Responsible, reliable and eager to learn.
- Positive attitude toward work and colleagues.
- Previous experience with similar machinery is an advantage but not mandatory.
Required skills
- Operation of shearing machines.
- Operation of edging machines.
- Operation of CNC drilling machines.
What we offer
- Net monthly salary ranging from €1,300 to €1,700, linked to performance.
- Christmas bonus of €500 and Easter bonus of €200.
- Additional cash rewards for outstanding results.
- Transportation allowance to cover commuting costs.
