About the role

The company is looking for a Production Operator to join its manufacturing team in Zagreb. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth operation of production reactors and supporting the overall technological process.

Key responsibilities

• Start, monitor and stop technological processes according to schedule.
• Handle, adjust and service production reactors with required materials to maintain continuous operation.
• Transport, load and unload raw materials and finished products, perform technological cleaning and resolve minor plant stoppages.
• Carry out additional tasks assigned by supervisors, respecting your professional qualifications.

Required profile

• Secondary technical education (SSS) or technician qualification in chemistry, mechanical engineering or a related technical field.
• Preferably previous experience in similar production or manufacturing roles.
• Good communication, neatness, teamwork, accuracy, responsibility and reliability.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook.
• Basic Internet usage.
