About the role

The Service Application Engineer will ensure the reliable operation of laboratory analytical equipment for our customers. Working mainly on‑site, you will combine technical expertise with customer interaction to deliver high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Install, qualify, and troubleshoot laboratory instruments both independently and as part of a team.
• Perform field service four days per week, travelling to customer sites as needed.
• Conduct user and internal training sessions covering hardware, software, and applications.
• Collaborate on the design and execution of projects related to equipment deployment.
• Maintain clear communication with users, partners, and equipment manufacturers.

Required profile

• Higher education (VSS or SSS) in chemical, electrical, or mechatronics engineering.
• Strong computer literacy with standard programs and applications.
• Proficient English language skills.
• Willingness to travel and work effectively in a team.
• Valid B‑category driving licence.
